Important Update: Partners Portal Deprecated
We have now unified our vendor management systems to make it easier for you to collaborate with all areas of RWS.
From today, your new vendor management system is Workzone, which has replaced the Partners Portal.
Partners who created a profile with us via Partners Portal, but have not been active recently, had their profiles fully deactivated, no longer available as the tool has become deprecated April 7, 2025.
Active partners will see their account migrated over to the new tool, Workzone, and will need to sign in as follows:
How to Log in to Workzone (recently active partners)
You can now proceed to sign into Workzone using the same moravia.com username (and the password) as you were for Partners Portal (in this format: MNETID@moravia.com).
- When signing into Workzone for the first time, you only need to type in the moravia.com username, following which you will proceed to authenticate with Microsoft (the same process as known from Partners Portal). Please, make sure you will only use moravia.com credentials when authenticating with Microsoft – do not use your e-mail address, phone or Skype.
- In case your password is invalid/expired, kindly reset it using this link, filling-in your personal e-mail address associated with your moravia.com username (in this format: john.doe@email.com). Please, do not use the embedded Forgotten Password functionality on the Workzone Log In page itself whenever moravia.com username is used to sign into the portal.
- You might need to wait for up to 60 minutes for the new password to synchronize accordingly, only then will you be able to proceed to sign into your new Workzone profile using the newly set up/reset password.
- Once you signed into Workzone successfully, kindly review your profile to make sure all the personal information is complete and up to date.
- In case you experience any difficulties signing into Workzone using your existing moravia.com credentials, kindly reach out to our support team for further assistance.

Inactive partners’ accounts will be removed from the Partners Portal and scheduled for deletion.
New partners registering with RWS for the first time are welcome to set up their profiles in Workzone using this link.
